(1) Construction Scale and Content:
Purchase 6 sets of boilers, crushers, cooking pots, crushers, mixers, etc., using residual bones, minced meat, fat and other by-products remaining in the process of cutting edible animal meat as raw materials, and undergo high-temperature cooking, sterilization, and degreasing , Drying, crushing and other processes, with an annual output of 20,000 tons of animal feed such as fat, meat meal and bone meal. 2. Process Flow of Animal Feed Processing Production Line Project With an Annual Output of 20,000 Tons
The raw materials are taken out of the cold storage (enterprise construction, refrigerant is R404A) and crushed by a crusher. The crushed raw materials are sent to two pre-heating pots by the conveying equipment for pre-heating. After the raw materials become pasty, the raw materials are sequentially pumped Suction into the cooking pot for cooking, the required temperature is about 150 degrees (specific requirements depend on the raw material) and cooking for about 4 hours, and then the oil and residue are discharged from the bottom of the cooking pot for oil and residue separation. Generally, the oil and residue are 42 %, 15% of the oil residue is filtered out, and then the grease is filtered by a filter, the residue in the grease is filtered out for a certain period of time, and then sucked into the oil storage tank with an oil pump for sale. Then the separated oil residue is crushed by a crusher and then sent to the oil press for secondary degreasing by a conveying device. During the secondary degreasing process, the oil yield rate is 20%, and the yield rate of semi-finished meat meal and bone meal is 70%. After the second degreasing, it is conveyed by a scraper conveyor. During the conveying process, the compressed cake is cooled by natural air cooling, so that the finished material reaches a suitable temperature condition for storage. After being air-cooled and dried, it is transported to the flour mixer for pulverization and screening, and then the meat meal and bone meal after screening are divided, packaged, inspected, and stored.
