(Take 500 basic ewes as an example)
1. Cost
(1) Total capital construction cost:
Sheep house cost: 500 basic ewes, 500 square meters of clean sheep house; 1250 square meters of turnover sheep house (lambs, bred sheep); 25 rams,
Ram shed of 50 square meters,
Total: 1800 square meters × cost/square meter = total cost of sheep house
Total cost of silage: 500 square meters×cost/square meter
Total cost of grass storage and feed processing workshop: 500 square meters×cost/square meter
Total cost of office and dormitory: 400 square meters × cost/square meter
Total: Total cost of infrastructure
(2) Investment in equipment, machinery and transportation vehicles: the total cost of silage machines, veterinary medicine equipment, transformers and other mechanical and electrical equipment costs, and transportation vehicle costs, add up to the total cost of equipment, machinery and transportation vehicles.
Annual total amortization of fixed assets = (total cost of infrastructure + total cost of equipment, machinery and transportation vehicles) ÷ 10 years
(3) Investment in breeding sheep:
500 ewes × price / only = investment of breeding ewes
25 rams × price / only = investment in breeding rams
The total is the total investment of breeding sheep.
Total investment of breeding sheep ÷ 5 years = total amortization of breeding sheep each year
(4) Hay, silage, and fine materials are required after completion
Breeding sheep
Hay: 525 breeding sheep × hay quantity/(day·only) × 365 days × price/kg hay = annual hay consumption cost of adult sheep
Concentrate: 525 breeding sheep × quantity of concentrate / (day·piece) × 365 days × price / kilogram of concentrate = annual consumption of concentrate for adult sheep
Silage: 525 breeding sheep × silage amount/(day·piece) × 365 days × price/kg silage = annual consumption of silage for adult sheep
The total is the total cost of breeding sheep.
Breeding sheep (sold for 7 months, feeding period for 5 months)
Sheep eating grass
Hay: total number of lambs × amount of hay/(day·only) × 150 days × price/kg of hay = cost of hay consumed per year for growing sheep
Silage: total number of lambs × volume of silage / (day · only) × 150 days × price / kg of silage = annual consumption of silage cost for growing sheep
Concentrate: total number of lambs × quantity of concentrate/(day·only) × 150 days × price/kg of concentrate = annual consumption of concentrate for growing sheep
Total: total cost of raising sheep
Total breeding cost = total cost of breeding sheep + total cost of breeding sheep
(5) Annual total amortization of medicine, water and electricity, transportation, business management:
10 yuan/(lamb·year)×total number of lambs
(6) Annual wages of workers: 25 yuan/year · lamb × total lamb = total annual wage cost
2. Income
(1) Commodity sheep sold annually
Total breeding number × slaughter weight/head × price/kg live sheep
(2) Sheep dung income
Total number of lambs x manure/(only·year)
525 breeding sheep × manure/(only·year)
Sheep manure income = total manure × price/m3
(3) Wool income: 525 breeding sheep × wool output/piece × price/kg wool
The above three items add up to the total income.
3. Analysis of economic benefits
To build a basic 500 ewe commercial sheep farm, the total annual profit is:
Total revenue-total annual breeding cost-total annual breeding cost-annual medicine, water and electricity, transportation, business management.
Total cost-total annual wages-total amortization of annual fixed assets-total amortization of annual breeding sheep
Profit per breeding sheep sold: total annual profit ÷ total breeding number.
